I am seriously pissed off.
I want some cheap sunshine for a couple of weeks in May from local airport and it seems impossible. Cheapest All inclusive anywhere seems to be Turkey at nearly £700. Malta also £700 although according to flier I had there was a £539 holiday available - for some reason the 'no single supplement advertised didn't cover that one...
Grrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!
I've looked at Internet and lost will to live in confusion.
Lovely woman at travel agent couldn't find anything better than the Turkey deals.
Those specialising in solo travellers seem to be terribly exclusive and based on having an "adventure" or fine wine and dining!
I want to relax in sunshine and potter around somewhere foreign.
Seems that even Spain comes out as over £700.
How do other people get brilliant deals?

Thanks, Sidejump.
I can't seem to make the Internet work for me in this...
Also wary that B&B will end up very expensive with meals on top, especially with Europe having got pricier and pound poor at moment. I want something that feels safe as I'll be on my own and all inclusive where I eat at hotel and don't have to think about cost once I'm there seemed simpler. Now wondering if Im just making things more difficult for myself...-

true, £ is pretty low at present. Maybe the US, lots of cheap flights to there available. And maybe you need to look on it as an adventure, and not hide in the hotel.
Or a mini cruise, how much do they cost? or a nice wellness hotel in the UK-
