Are these footwear with a perspex upper or a sticky under sole? (Sounds a bit like a gooey path to Hades)

They're like sticky flipflops without the thong bit. They stic without feeling gooey and then need to be peeled off. -

That sounds horrid!
They really are better than they sound, but I didn't get to wear them that much with our summer, although I did wear them in Turkey. -

Mine work as well needed to clean them a bit but still works fine after a year in the storage room. I also ordered a new pair as well from www.nakedsole.com
