Having stumbled on info about these last year, I've been intrigued ever since and actually got around to getting some.
Very amusing.
So if you're in Cardiff (although I am let out of the city and even the country occasionally) and see a topless woman remember: "You are Polly Garter, here's my Daily Mirror and I claim my fiver!" Inflation? What's that?
